Thelen Subaru

Back in January, I ordered a Subaru Crosstrek wilderness and it was being delivered to Thelen Subaru in Bay City. I worked with Kelly the sales manager via email finding out the delivery date of the vehicle and when the car would be available to drive off the lot. Kelly was great to work it. When the car was finally available to pick up, Travis was my salesman and he was awesome! The paperwork was quick and easy. After all the paperwork, Travis took me to the car and showed me every in and out of the vehicle so no question was left by the time I left the lot. So now three weeks later, I will say the Subaru Crosstrek wilderness I bought is my favorite vehicle that I have driven to date. What a great little fun car to drive I'm enjoying every aspect of it and to the team at Thelen thank you so much for your courteous and great service. Definitely look forward to working with you all again.
