Arranged to have the exterior of my new used car detailed, as the car needed a good polish. Was very disappointed when I picked up the car to learn that exterior detailing at this shop did not include the top (roof) of the car! Nor did they take any effort to remove some adhesive residue on the chrome trim (which I did with WD40 when I got home). The portion of the car that was detailed looked great, (hence 2 starts instead of 1), but when scheduling an exterior detailing, since when does that exclude the top of the car. Should have gone to Tony's in Portage.
