Jax Kar Wash - Southfield

The worst experience ever at this Jax Kar Wash location in Southfield. And, I'm a monthly unlimited member. I recently replaced my plates but forgot to update the details online. I realized my mishap upon arriving to get my car washed. The system would not recognize my license plate. Lucky for me. I had my own place in the car with me and showed the attending gentlemen and explained the situation. He made me feel like crap even after apologizing profusely. What the heck why are you working in in service of your clients when your attitude sucks. He has to say he made me wait. Five minutes to enter my license plate and get me a printout so I could proceed with my car wash. Frankly,, he wasn't the only one with the attitude, everyone that worked here on the day acted like they were doing you a favor. Do yourself a favor find a different location. The one on Greenfield and 11 mile is incredible! @jaxkarwash You need to do a surprise audit of this location and a clean house.
