Ace Auto Wash

I have always had a good experience at this car wash in the past so I decided to take my wife's new Wagoneer here for its 2nd or 3rd wash. About half way through the car wash and once the suds cleared off my windshield I noticed my car hitting the car in front of me. I immediately blew my horn and put my car in reverse out of neutral. The car in front of me pulled out and away while I had to stay stationary while they fixed the car wash. After a few moments I was told to back up and waited another 10 minutes while they continued working on the car wash. Once I pulled through and out into a bay I noticed a small dent, some scrapes, and my bumper coming loose from its bumper bracket. I made the employees aware and I was given a number to the owner Jonyar Abro. At first he seemed like he was understanding and would help. I was asked to provide him an estimate to fix the damages which I did to the sum of approximately $1200. After I sent him the estimate I never heard back from him again. I am a reasonable guy and would have worked something out with him to get my car fixed; however, he I guess is not.
