Luther Burnsville Hyundai Service Department

I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Tyler Borgen. As a first time vehicle buyer, I felt like I was a bother/ pest for the sales person showing me vehicles. The process seemed very rushed. I was shown vehicles that were very much out of my budget. I understand inventory was constantly shifting, but the sales person knew I could not afford the vehicles he was showing me. When I saw a car I was interested in test driving, Tyler seemed annoyed by it. During the test driving my experience felt very unsettling and uninformative with no talk about the car's specs. To top it off, he just talked about his wacky sales stories of the past and insulted my degree I worked very hard to get. We parked the car back at the dealership and he brushed me off and started meeting with someone else. All of the vehicles were covered in dirt and debris. My family has purchased cars from this dealership since I was a child and we decided to take our business else where. I hope it was just an off day :(
