Forest Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service

The mechanic was great with his video. He recommended a couple other services that I would have taken advantage of, however i was never given the opportunity to do so. I was just contacted and told it was done and I could pick up. When I went to pick up i mentioned this and was told "sorry", but then still not offered an opportunity to have the work done. I was just handed my keys. Also, the jeep was not washed? Did you do doing that service? The jeep was also not charged when I picked it up. Also, when i booked apt. I gave detailed info on what needed to be done. When I dropped it off these details had not been recorded and I had to go over all of it again. Overall, I'm really disappointed with the service at this place. I'd the work wasn't covered under warranty i would never return. This is the second visit I've had with bad experience. Also the second bad review I've left. Nobody seems to care.
