Rocket City Car Wash

Avoid this car wash at all cost if you value your paint and money. I went in this past weekend and got the "ultimate" car wash and tire shine. The staff and service was nice enough but when I got home I did a walk around and the entire driver side of my brand new truck as well as the tailgate have massive swirl marks and scratches. The pictures don't do justice for how bad it is. I called and spoke to the owner to give him an opportunity to make it right but was just told "there's nothing we can do". I get it if you don't have someone to do buff work but the least you could do is bring someone in to fix the issue. If you run a business, you should take responsibility for damage that your employee or equipment cause.
