Honda Service Center Customer Review
I had my car towed to Patty Peck Honda while in town visiting colleges with my son. I had to have my engine splash shield replaced. When I called I spoke with Randy who assured me they could get me squared away once I arrived. The part was in stock and there was a technician assigned to the job. We were able to get it done in a little over an hour. When we left the dealership something in the road punctured my tire and I had to go right back to get it replaced. Thankfully I have a tire warranty. Randy stayed on the phone until the claim was filed. My tire was replaced and while I did have to pay out of pocket he gave me all the information for my reimbursement. He saved my trip.
