Car Craft Auto Body Hazelwood

Took my jeep to Car Craft to get fix for a minor accident, I was told that it would take 3 to 4 days but it took a week, got an estimate for 2900 but of course that wasn't enough they had to call my insurance company again because they said hidden damages . Got the car went to work, when I got off as I was driving I kept hearing some noises and it had started to get kinda loud so I pulled over at the Quick Trip and called my husband, he gets there a drove it a little and to find out that they didn't tighten three of the lugs, only one lug was tight. So basically it was working itself off. I was so lucky that I didn't take the highway like I usually do, can you imagine what kind of disaster that could have caused. We called that morning to report it and the lady had the nerve to say well we test drive it after the work was done, but they only test drove it on the lot. Just wasn't concerned at all as if we made it up. So no I wouldn't never go back there ever again and nor will I recommend them to anybody I know
