This was the shop that I was sent to by my insurance after my wife's glass roof cracked due to a rock chip. The first attempt the roof was not level and higher on one side and lower on the other (by quite a bit). They claimed the glass had a flaw. Problem is, during all of this they destroyed my vehicle with less than 4k miles on it. They got urethane on the headliner, scuffed the roof spoiler (I assume when removing or installing the roof glass) and the passenger rear weatherstripping was hanging off. The icing on the cake is that the a pillar trim pieces were nowhere close to where they were supposed to be, and their solution was to urethane them where the clips were supposed to be. They reinstalled the roof and got closer, but one side is still higher than the other and is not a smooth edge like the factory. When my wife pointed out the issues after the second time, they stated that sometimes things don't go back together like the factory and they did some of these things as a courtesy. So now it's apparently it's a "courtesy" to attempt to put your car back together and clean up after your mess. Overall a bunch of small things lead to a big problem. Just plain sloppy. Not sure if it's lack of knowledge on how to replace things on these vehicles or if they don't care. If you value your car and don't want it destroyed, I'd stay away from this place. Update: The roof is leaking into the vehicle, just furthering my point.
