I received outstanding service from Christian and will definitely be a returning customer for future deep cleans and maintenance cleanings. Despite my condo complex not having a nearby outlet, he came fully prepared with his own generator and was ready to get the job done. The cleaning process took about 4 hours, and after he finished, Christian made sure I was completely satisfied by encouraging me to do a walk-through. I pointed out a few areas that needed attention, and he promptly addressed them. He even went above and beyond by cleaning the gas cap area, which wasn't part of the interior detail package I purchased. Although I offered to pay extra, he did it for free! After the session, my car looked immaculate, like it just rolled off the dealership lot. Highly recommend!
