I had my car interior detailed in July 2021 - and will not be a returning customer. If you just want your vehicle vacuumed and shampooed, then they do a fine job. If you are looking for detailed cleaning of all interior surfaces, then this might not be the place for you. When I brought my concerns to the owners attention, she reminded me repeatedly that my car was disgusting and I should be happy with what they did. (Yes, my car was very dirty, thus the reason I wanted it detailed and was willing to pay extra). When I returned to have my issues addressed, they wanted me to stand outside in 95+ degree weather and show their teenage employee what needed to be fixed. If I wanted to train a teenager on how to appropriately detail a car, I could've paid my nephew to do it.
