Vapor Detail

I just got my wife's Yukon back after paying 575 dollars, and these pictures tell the story. I will simply never use this place again. It's not like they missed one or two spots, it's like they did the least they could get away with. I am beyond upset. These pictures are only a sample. They missed drip spots under the center console, bugs on the window, dirt on the sun visors. It wasn't even that bad to start with, we just bought it and wanted it cleaned up nice like it came from a dealer, but I guess not... EDIT: After leaving this review the owner reached out to me. He could learn a bit about management, and that when an employee messes up this bad, that is a failure of management. In the end, I took my wifes vehicle back and another employee detailed it and it turned out VERY NICE. If it had been done that way the first time, this would have been a five star review. I'm leaving it at 3 because the owner did eventually get the job done. My conversation when I dropped it back off went something like this. I'm here to drop my wifes car back off, can we do a walk around? The employee followed me out, looked over the car and asked me what was wrong with it! I then asked him what did we pay for, and does this vehicle look like we got that service the day before yesterday? To which he responded I don't know what you payed for, I'd have to check. So I asked why the F he agreed to a walk around for a return without knowing what was payed for. Then he spouted off every detail of what we payed for, so he DID know and was just playing dumb. I then pointed out all the things that were missed, including opening the hood. He was clueless. Thankfully another employee met us when we picked up and shew as amazing.
