I was sold a truck that had engine failure less than a week after purchase, the dealer refuses to even acknowledge the exhaust modifications I was never informed of, and has ignored many emails looking for resolution for the contaminated o2 sensors, missing resonator, DFM delete, and now, I have been left completely unable to register the vehicle due to missing information on the title application. 10/10 do not recommend to anyone, if you want honesty and respect through your purchase. If I had known they would leave me unable to register my vehicle due to improper paperwork, and would be left financially responsible to repair issues it was delivered to me with, such as the catalytic converter codes, I never would have purchased from Irwin's. I wish I had known that this vehicle had codes that would cause it to fail inspection, but instead it was passed and the codes were cleared and I was given a vehicle with a variety of issues. I'm now paying $30,000 for a vehicle that isn't in the condition I was promised and cannot even register it. Great experiences all around.
