Marco was very transparent and communicative throughout the process. Before the appointment, he offered a consultation to provide a more accurate cost estimate. He explained his process in detail and gave tailored recommendations based on my car's condition. On the scheduled day, we unfortunately had snow--Jersey luck! Marco reached out the day before to suggest rescheduling, which was incredibly thoughtful. When the new appointment came, both Marco and Eric were professional and helpful. Marco even sent me picture updates as they worked on my car. The results were amazing! My car looks brand new, and Marco was able to remove a nasty stain from the back seat.
