What a great company! Tim was extremely communicative the whole time. Reminded me of my appointment the day before. Answered all my questions quickly. Dropped off my car and he was there to meet me. We inspected the car together and away he went. During the detailing, Tim kept in touch with me about the progress of the detail and even sent pics of the crew working on the car and live shots of the progress. The whole transaction felt very personal and I appreciated that being a first time customer of this service. Picked up the car at the time advertised and it looked amazing! You can tell Tim cares about his business and has a passion for what he is doing. Highly recommend Shimmer Detail and look forward to using them again!
