Butch's Lube N' Wash

I just spent $40 on a car wash - full service inside and out. I'm not asking for extreme attention to detail for that price--I'm asking for a basic clean. If it's dirty, it should be cleaned, right? Isn't that the whole point of paying for a car wash? The vacuum job was half-done--my passenger side floor mat was still dirty. They didn't even bother moving a lightweight business card off the center console, and to top it off, the cup holders and console were still sticky and full of crumbs. What exactly did I pay for? A pretend clean? Because that's what it feels like. For $40, I at least expect the obvious dirt and grime to be gone. They've proven that delivering quality isn't even on their radar. I paid for a professional service and got a half-hearted effort that I could've done better myself in 15 minutes. Total waste of money.
