First time customer, requested the top plan for $47. Explained to both the men who took my car in, and outside guys finishing up, that I need the inside clean most important due to kids in the car. They were super fast, and the outside was sparkling, that's why the second star was give. At first when I left it looked decent inside. Once I seen in detail the outrageous lack of cleaning they did once I got home, I needed to write this. I spent another 2 hours vacuuming inside and wiping the mess all around the car. No detailed vacuuming, no detailed wiping. A rip off of a car wash.
