BEWARE!!! I had the worst experience at car crafters. Had terrible hail damage from a storm in NM. CC was recommend by my insurance and I trusted. Took about 3 months to get my car back and my car had more damage than the hail. When I got my car back I realized there was new damage... Window was scratched, paint was scratched on door, handle scraped, padding under hood was damaged, sunroof was not properly placed and water was leaking in and to add my car inside was completely dirty and full of dust. There was also dried glue on my break lever that won't come off. Took several weeks for them to fix the damage they did. Couldn't believe how they didn't have the decently to clean the inside. My car was 1 year old and super clean when I first dropped it off. I realized when I got home there was drip paint on the hood but was so over taking my car back and forth I just accepted it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, I used to love my car and now I feel like it's different vehicle. If you have absolutely no choice but to go through CC please do your own inspection and make sure they do a good job.
