Got their cheapest exterior hand wash for $10. In the process of drying it off my WRX badge came off leaving some adhesive (it wasn't on great honestly). The employee offered to clean the adhesive off real quick because it was their fault. I was not upset about the badge coming off as I was eventually planning on taking it off. The employee proceeded to clean it with some adhesive remover when his boss came up and said there was no time for that and I would have to pay for it. I left with my car washed but I an adhesive stain. I was sad that the employee had better customer service than the boss. 3 stars because they are affordable and have nice employees. It's not an end all and I plan on trying these guys again but I wanted to share my experience.
