Smiling at a customer's face is a culture and comes from proper management training. However, I paid $22 for bronze service (full service), but I don't think I ever got that service, please check the pictures you'll see it. Towel dry I didn't see anyone drying the car with towels, anyway, I can dry by myself, I have towels, and I know how to dry washed car & clean up a car. I'm not satisfied and not to recommend it to anyone. I know different car wash locations with exact cost and better service.
