Soft Touch Car Wash Inc

I normally wouldn't leave a negative review without giving an establishment the opportunity to rectify the situation, however, getting someone on the phone is impossible. I dropped my car off at 9 o'clock this morning to be detailed. We paid $250 plus tip when we dropped the car off . I got a call at 345 to come pick it up. I'll start by saying i do know it was disgusting as we were using it as a work truck and my employee did not take care of it whatsoever. I picked it up in a hurry and gave it a Quick Look, and while not great I understand some things are stained and unfixable so I didn't care too much, it was definitely better than it was. HOWEVER, on the drive home I started noticing things, and even pulled the car over to take a deeper look because I couldn't believe that the steering wheel wasn't cleaned, not even the steering wheel cover was wiped down. The center console top is still covered in dirt, and there are spots that I can clean with my finger that are still there all over the place, including the driver sun visor and where you put sunglasses in the center. I haven't even checked the backseats yet but I'm sure it will be more of the same. I'm extremely disappointed
