Update: the owner immediately reached out after my initial review. He was apologetic and appreciative of my business. A team of workers came this week to touch up anything that was overlooked the first time. My overall experience has certainly improved: good customer service, thorough follow-up, and consistent communication. Not worth it for the price. They were pleasant and came to me, so it was convenient. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they were there when they said they would be there. However, the work was mediocre. I probably could've done a better job myself, but I don't have the time. I would've happily paid $100 for the job that was done but it was $239.
