Mr. Suds Flex Car Wash of Copiague

THIEVES I've been hoodwinked and swindled at this car wash. So I went to get a car wash before long trip and they stole the video magic box from my center console. The magic box that was going to use for the long trip that day .I still had the receipt and the box to in my car because I had just purchased it .I showed the manager Mario who did nothing. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt.I told Mario I could give him the receipt of the box that i just purchased and showed him the emptybox. all he would have to do is reimburse me for my car video magic box. Mario refused in person and over the phone and even encouraged me to go online and write this review. Not to mention the fact that my car was not clean well there were two visible streaks on the glass after the car wash. You would think since they stoled my cars video magic box for my center console that they would at least clean the console but no. let those young kids in your vehicle to clean it at your own risk.
