Kings Hydro Detailing

In early November I went to King's Hydro Detailing(KHD) to get a quote to replace the entire wrap on my Maserati Trofeo and fix a dent in the rear driver side quarter panel. I met with Stephon (the owner), and he quoted me $5K and he will include a 3-year graphene coating in my project. I asked how long it would take, and he said between 7 - 10 days while walking me through what he would be doing each day. I agreed and left my car with the assumption I was dealing with a professional who showed pictures of past jobs while I selected the new color wrap to replace the existing. I put $2,500.00 down. I texted after the 3rd day to confirm the project was on track and got no response. I texted on the 7th day to confirm how the project was progressing and again got no response. I showed up to KHD on the 9th day and say that hardly anything was done on my car. After many attempts to reach Stephon he never responded. I again showed up to KHD and found Stephon eating lunch and my car was nowhere in sight. I asked where my car was, and he then told me it was at the autobody shop which I followed him to confirm it was there. I was never told my car would be taken to the autobody shop. Stephon then asked for another 10 days to get the job complete. When it was time for me to pick it up he sent a picture of my car with about 25% of it wrapped and bumpers and panels still off the car. A month and a half later when my car was finally "ready" for pickup at 9pm. 4 different warning lights were on in my instrument panel and the messages all stated my parking sensors, lane warning departure, blind spot assistance all was "Unavailable." Stephon's response was I need to drive the car for all systems to recalibrate. I paid the $2,500.00 balance and after a day the lights remained so I took the car to Ferrari Maserati of Long and spoke to Steve Mora in servicing. He told me to have KHD connect and double check everything because it will cost thousands at the dealership for labor and recalibration. I messaged this to Stephon and his response was to drop it off. Who in their right mind will be willing to give up their car for another month given the history? That same day I noticed the wrap started to peel and bubble and brought the car to Efe at I-Wrap in Hauppauge to redo the work Stephon botched and fix damages done to my car. All the Wheel moldings were hanging on by 3 clips (they are yellow in the pic showing 25% of wrap being completed and bumpers off). Each needed 10 clips, which was the case prior to Stephon touching my car. You can see in the pictures before and after the black frame around the rear window is bent outward. Now I was without my car for a month and a half. Have to go to Maserati to have them fix all the damages done to my car. Have a professional at I-Wrap rewrap sections of the car as they were cut short, and the wrap is bubbling. This was a hundred-thousand-dollar plus car - how do you think Stephon would treat yours - avoid that regret? I am out $5k but the final bill to fix all the mistakes I will send to the lawyers to figure out. As a two-war combat vet I have seen some things. I wouldn't wish Stephon on my worst enemy. When we made a deal for you to rewrap and fix the dent (pic now added) you gave me a timeframe for up to 10 days. There was never a scenario in which you stated it would take a month and a half, or I would have taken my business elsewhere. You made a unilateral decision and every time I texted to inquire about my car and the project you simply ignored that. How could you not consider the customer whose car you have 3 times longer than expected shouldn't have that information communicated? I stated my car was not where I left it at your shop. It could have been a block away or 2 states away I was never told it would be moved. I did not get any call from an associate until the 5th week on the day I was supposed to pick up my car and she told me it would be another week.
