My daughter was just there to get her car washed. There were two cars ahead of her. She was informed that it would be an hour and a half to get her car cleaned after already going through the car wash. She explained that that was not acceptable and would like a refund for the vacuum portion of the car wash and would just pay for the car to be washed and would vacuum it on her own. The worker proceeded to verbally make fun of her. Then a car came through the car wash, and that same worker immediately took that car And started to clean it. It is completely unacceptable for the workers to be making fun of somebody. It's also completely unacceptable to have a 90 minute wait for a car wash and vacuum.
