Ronnie, Jack, Eddie and the guys in the shop are great. Ronnie was a gentleman throughout the whole experience and provided in depth explanation of all the services without any pressure. He constantly offered to have a driver pickup/drop me off to and from the shop and wouldn't let me leave without complimentary coffee/water. Jack was very nice and showed me their price menu, had a guy look over my car, and showed me around the shop. I chose their express detail service which was exactly what I was looking for. Its something in-between a simple car wash and a full blown detail and it's priced fairly. I even added an undercarriage spray down to get all the salt off from the winter, and my car is fairly low so I appreciate the effort they went through to get it done. I dropped off the car around 930 and got a call from Ronnie around 130 that it was done. I was avle to point out to Eddie and his guys 2 small things about the car and I appreciated they took a moment to listen. I went to pick it up and it looked amazing. The outside was shiny and the paint was smooth, tires were dressed, undercarriage was so clean and they didn't miss the trim either. The inside of my car was pretty bad and they did such a great job. It looked and smelled amazing. The scent was not too strong either, it was a pleasant new car smell. I was very impressed and it needed a good clean inside, especially the rubber mats, and they did exactly that. With the exception of a few light smudges left on the windshield which wiped off in a second anyways, the car was perfect. I'll be going back in a few months and highly recommend if you want a hand car wash that's a step above a typical car wash center, give Ronnie a call and try it out.
