Terrible communication and unprofessional service. I booked an appointment online on January 28th and received both a confirmation and a reminder email. I tried calling last week to confirm--no response. This morning, I called at 8:03 AM (shortly after they opened) and again at 8:27 AM, leaving a voicemail. No response. Before my 9:45 AM appointment, I called one last time from their parking lot--this time, my call was immediately sent to voicemail. I understand it snowed last night, and even though the roads were cleared by 8AM,, and that's why I called to confirm if my appointment was still a go, but I couldn't even get an answer or a courtesy message that you were closed or cancelling the appointment. If this business isn't taking customers or is closed for the winter, they need to update their website and Google listing. Allowing people to book, receive confirmations, and show up for nonexistent appointments is completely unprofessional. I was counting on this $400 service before shipping my vehicle overseas next week, and they completely wasted my time. I spent the day running around trying to hand detail my car for inspection ready shipping myself. See the photos of my attempts to call and my emails received from the website. Avoid this place if you want reliable service and someone who will actually communicate with people using their platforms. The only saving grace is they don't require any deposits when booking, but that allows them to pull these shenanigans easier.
