Car Wash

Zero stars if that was an option. Great customer service, great cleaning ability this is the LAST time I will waste my money at this place. Look closely to see what a wonderful job they do. The old owners had great workers and I even had a membership for two cars because the quality was amazing! They changed owners over the years and the quality went down drastically and the price went up drastically. I complained b/c of how crappy it looked they told me I couldn't bring it back until next week bc they are too busy to fix their crappy job on the weekend. I took my car on a Thursday but have to wait until the following week for you to complete the job you already were paid for? To boot b/c this is now the third time I was displeased over the years of their terrible service she said if I'm not satisfied I should consider another place. Don't worry my dear, I won't be back but I am making sure your customers can also see the quality and customer service you provide Gina. Thank goodness for the warm day. I cleaned it myself so I don't have to waste more time to go back for additional crappy service. I spoke to a few other people that used to use them and learned they had similar experiences with customer service and quality and now all go to various car washes on Udall Road so I'll check some of them out over time.
