Dirty Burd Detailing

Horrible job, save your money and go somewhere else! We had an interior detail done in June. The tech did a terrible job and I think, missed more than he actually wiped. The floor mats still had dirt on them and he "cleaned and shampooed" the seats but after it dried there was absolutely no difference. The owners wife, Leah, said they had 6 other calls on the same service that day. After going back and forth with her for a few weeks, I just asked for my money back or have an actual detail performed. I was told by the owner, Kyle, that he wouldn't refund the detail in full but that he would personally come out and fix it, he never showed. This may have been a reputable company at one point but that is no longer the case!
