For a basic car, you're fine going here - but don't bring a car you really care about. Rocco didn't listen to what I asked for, gave me the wrong non-OEM tires when I specifically asked for them by name, and took 3 weeks to change the (wrong) tires and do an inspection - they clearly forgot about my car til I called for an update after 2 weeks of nothing. It now seems to have developed a pulsating feeling while braking but I'll take it elsewhere to see how that happened... They're nice enough (minus the dog), and they're a fair shop, but don't expect your car to get any special treatment. You get what they want you to get.
