"Royal Auto Salon has been simply outstanding! They've worked with me as an uninformed consumer who's never done paint protection, window tinting or ceramic coating. Dani and Jerell we're super helpful recommending tint levels for my new Tesla. Highly recommend the IR window tinting as it knocks down the IR heat by 90 plus percent which saves the battery. The tint also knocks down 99% of the UV which saves the interior. Does not obscure vision even at night. They immediately work with me on a few small concerns. Also had no issues with custom requests like add trunk protection PPF or add the A pillars PPF. Also took time to explain how to detail my car with a list of products recommend. Overall excellent experience with Royal Auto Salon highly recommend!"

"I am fortunate to have custom ordered a 2024 BMW 7 Series. I had the car delivered an hour and a half by an enclosed carrier to Custom Tint in Apex from the dealership. The dealership was very careful to follow my instructions and did not wash the car or remove any plastics or foam from the vehicle. They performed a minimal pre-delivery inspection. I wanted the car to be in pristine condition as possible for Aaron and Kelly to work their magic. After all, they had done such an excellent job on my new 2017 Porsche Panamera. Since having my Porsche fully detailed and protected, Custom Tint has added some additional services I wanted to take advantage of. Aaron and Kelly took delivery of my vehicle and I went over to finalize the work they would perform. Reviewing their detailed invoice, I knew exactly what was going to happen over the next two weeks. I was provided additional options up front to make sure I was aware of things they offer. The entire process from start to finish was excellent. Kelly and Aaron treated my vehicle as if it was their very own. Communication regarding the work being done and what would be the next steps kept me fully in the loop. There were a few things that came up that were not normal due to this being a new model 7 series. Challenges were quickly overcome and before any work was done, I was informed of my options and what their recommendations were. "I was headed back to Apex from Cary when a truck pulled out in front of me with Auto Detail NC on the back window. I checked out the Facebook page and I was impressed by what I saw. So, I gave them call to ask about ceramic coating. He explained the process and I said, "sign me up!" About a week later, I meet Jay at his house to drop my car off. My 3 month old 2020 Kia Forte. I have to admit that I was skeptical at first. Here comes this young man in his late teens early twenties. After talking to Jay for a good 30 minutes, I was happy with his experience, knowledge of the product, and application of the product. I initially went with the 5 year coat. Jay convinced me to go with the 7 year graphene ceramic coating. Pretty much the latest and greatest in ceramic coating. I picked up my car today. I was impressed by his meticulous attention to detail taking car of some high spots and imperfections that Jay buffed out. Needless to say, the results are fantastic. I cannot say enough thinks about this young man or his quality of work! Jay himself, his quality of work, and attention to detail are far beyond his pricing.
