Nieman's Detailing

Hired Jonathan to detail my 2014 Audi A7 Prestige in early spring. At first, it appeared he was doing a great job, but I noticed he drove away before I could tip him. Very odd. Once he had out a safe distance between us, Jonathan texted me that he had poked a hole in my seat with a screwdriver and vowed to make it right. I reached out to him multiple times and the only fix he could offer was further detailing at a discount. He has made no action toward actually getting the leather repaired. Highly unprofessional way of conducting business. I understand that mistakes happen, but when they're made, they should be rectified and not met with excuses and platitudes. Will not hire again, and I advise you to also be wary. A detailer that can't be bothered or afford to fix his mistakes is far more of a liability than an asset.
