Onsite mobile detailing

I had him do two vehicles for me. The first one I asked to get it detailed and buffed out. When I got home He was just finishing up and I asked him if he buffed it and he said no it didn't need it. He went ahead and did the full detail without one of the most important things that I asked for. He didn't wax the top of the car and there was wax left in quite a bit of the gaps between the doors and body panels. I went ahead and gave him another shot on my truck and he did the full detail. He was leaving and I went to start the truck and it was dead so I popped the hood to jump it off while he drove right by me and noticed he didn't touch the motor. I texted him immediately and told him we forgot to detail the motor that was included and I never even heard back from him. He's got a nice setup, does a good car wash and gets the car pretty clean but as far as detail goes it's not a very good detail. So much was left undone. Again on the truck he didn't even wax the roof, the top surfaces are the most important to protect. I spent over an hour getting all the things he missed to get it right. If you want a true detail I can't recommend Onsite detailing.
