"I am so glad I was told about Mr. Refurbisher! My experience was terrific. Jamaal, who worked on my car arrived on time, was pleasant and professional. Most importantly, he went above and beyond to do a perfect job on my Toyota RAV4 . It had not been detailed in a long time. Though the car is five years old, it looks brand new now- The exterior shines, as do the tires! I was concerned that he might not be able to get my back seat clean due to my 3 yr old granddaughter spilling drinks & other snacks, sometimes without me knowing. "This was my first time using Punchy's and it will certainly not be the last! I have a work vehicle and do not drive my Mustang much anymore, so the exterior was pretty dirty. Since moving into an apartment, I haven't been able to hand wash my vehicle and started to use the express car washes, even though I don't like the wear and tear on the paint. So, I reached out to Tyler about my vehicle and he quickly made an appointment to come see my vehicle. He was on time, answered all of my questions, and assured me that he could do the job. When he arrived, he meticulously worked on correcting my paint and applying the ceramic coat. I was able to learn how the whole tinting process works while also having active conversations with the 2 workers working. We had music, we had a YouTube video playing.
