The Tint Shop Plus

I called The Tint Shop Plus in Kannapolis to get a quote on the rear glass for my 1999 Honda Passport. I didn't ask for anything specific, yet they quoted me $175 just for the glass. I found that price unreasonable and chose to go elsewhere. Later, I saw a post from them on Facebook and commented to share my experience, letting others know about the quote I received. Rather than engaging professionally, someone from the business responded with a laughing emoji and falsely claimed that I had asked for something specific--spreading misinformation. When I tried to clarify, they deleted my comment, removed me from their page, and blocked me. This level of unprofessionalism is disappointing, especially from a business that deals with customers regularly. If this is how they handle honest feedback, I can only imagine how they handle their services. I wouldn't recommend them based on my experience. I'm willing to delete this comment if someone from the business issues an apology for the unprofessional behavior and attempt to spread misinformation.
