I had two vehicles detailed on 2/14/25. After being rescheduled twice, the crew finally showed up one hour late. I had paid $275/car for a premium service, but what I received was similar to the results of the local car wash that charges $40. The items listed on the receipt that were not performed were: REMOVE FINE SCRATCHES,SWIRLS, & OXIDATION, MACHINE-WAX EXTERIOR, CLEAN HEADLINER,SHAMPOO CARPET AND HEADLINER,AND SPRAY AIR FRESHENER,ENGINE CLEANING. I had left two VM's and two texts for the owner so we could work this out but he never attempted to contact me. Mobile detailing is a very competitive space, and would recommend looking elsewhere.
