I am only leaving this review as a warning to those who need last minute services or who have a very tight schedule. I have no desire to besmirch this business. We did not actually use their services so I do not know how well they do with detailing. If you need service within a specific time-frame you may want to think about leaving yourself more time (days) than you need. We needed to have the inside of my husband's car detailed because we're going to try to sell it and we only had a small window of available time. I scheduled an appointment for Friday evening when my husband was home from work. We got a call saying that they were running behind and needed to reschedule for the next day. The time that they initially offered us was not going to work so I asked if it could be done around 1 pm instead. He said he would call/text me back to confirm that time. I never heard back from him. I reached out Saturday morning to see if they were available at 1pm and received no response. My husband then received an automated confirmation text for 11am for the original time they offered. He responded that he thought we had rescheduled for 1pm. He got the response that it was too late to cancel the 11am appointment and needed to contact the business. So he texted the guy and never received any response. A little after 1pm he texted to say they were running behind and could they reschedule. So we said no thanks we are going to just cancel. I understand that things genuinely happen with timing but I am also in the service industry. If you have to reschedule and the issue is happening on your end then courtesy dictates that you should make yourself available to the customer you have inconvenienced. Not responding timely to several texts and having to reschedule not just once but twice is what made us decide not to use their services. If the second time they had given us a reasonable or definite time frame (ex. I am running behind so can I come at 1:30 instead of 1) then maybe we would have agreed to another adjustment. But leaving the time frame open ended again did not instill confidence in me.
