Joel's Mobile Detailing

I normally do not do reviews but this is a must!! Took my car for interior detail cleaning and was scammed! The owner called in 45 mins saying the car was ready. Once I arrived I started asking about spots that did not look clean and he kept saying the car was wet and it needs to dry. Well the next morning after the car was dry it was horrible. The inside of the doors were never cleaned, the sun visor was still dirty, inside of the bottom doors were never touched. I have had cars detailed before and never heard of anyone detailing a car in 45mins. He only attempted to clean spots that I pointed out. It's funny how he took down his IG page because I am definitely going to share this on social media. This guy is a scammer. I asked for half my money back and he would not give it back. He offered to fix it but I did not want to be bothered with him again. Very disappointing!! This place needs to be shut down. There should be no starts given for this type of service. Nothing in these photos indicates detail cleaning! One more thing! He didn't even clean the trunk of the car. He gave some sorry ass excuse about people having weapons in the trunk but he never asked about weapons. There were no weapons in the car!! Again what kind of so called detailing car business is this? A scam! Do not go here! You stated to me several times that you don't do refunds. A customer has the right to refuse services if unsatisfied. I preferred a refund and till this day you have chosen to keep my money. Again you need to research detailing because you do not know what this means.
