Ninth Power Auto Detail

I explained in as much detail how bad the conditions in my car was. I scheduled premium interior detail. Everything looked great after the job was done but upon closer inspection various parts of the car were not cleaned and completely forgotten. The main goal for me was to remove the excess mold that was in my car. The glovebox was forgotten and still full of mold, the visors were forgotten and still had mold on them, then sun roof was never wiped down, there are clean areas right next to dirty areas that were missed, my steering wheel was forgotten and still full of mold, my change compartment under the steering wheel still had mold in it, and my sun glasses compartment still had mold in it. They forget about my trunk until I mentioned it to the Matt(a co owner of the business that has a review on here which many would agree is a conflict of interest). An area in the trunk was left full of water. I called them an explained my issues and they were willing to resolve them immediately. When they came back I showed them the areas they missed and I kept getting excuses about staffing, being over budget (payment was not an issue) and time spent on the car and that it would cost me extra to touch up the spots that should have been covered the first time they came. All of which I think are communication and staffing issues on their end which the customer should not have to suffer in the quality of their interior car detailing.
