I am disappointed with the Elite detailing service. I scheduled the appointment for 3:00 PM on June 18th. Marcus texted me at 2:44 PM to say he would be at my house in 30 minutes. He texted me again 23 minutes later to ask if we were still good for today. I responded that we were, and he arrived at 3:50 PM. When he finished detailing, he claimed to have used a clay bar treatment on the exterior of my vehicle. However, there were still bugs on the front hood and bumper, water spots, and a gritty feel to the body. When we asked Marcus about the bugs, he said they wouldn't come off, and it would cost extra to use another cleaning solution. We then used our clay bar pressing lightly to check his claims, and it was clear that he had not used a clay bar on the front of the vehicle. The clay bar we used had black dirt marks, and the bug and gritty texture was. The top of the Acadia was wet, and Marcus admitted he forgot to dry it. We then moved on to the interior of the vehicle. Marcus stated that he had cleaned EVERYTHING, but this was not the case. We opened the hatch. I was dirty. Marcus stated he for got to clean the hatch and asked if we wanted him to vacuumed it. The back (3rd-row area) was not wiped down, and the carpet was not vacuumed. There was a Gatorade bottle and bottled water under the back seat. I am very disappointed with the service I received. I paid $332.65 for Elite detailing and received an average cleaning, at best. I emailed the company with pictures and a detailed email (this is only some of the picture we took). They did not respond to my email. I chose this company based on the star rating and reviews. I would not recommend this service.
