I can't recommend these folks enough. The young man who detailed the interior of my car made it look just about brand new--even got the rust stains out of the fabric in the boot. He got rained out the first day after more than four hours of work, and came back the next day to make sure everything was as good as it could be. Making the appointment was super easy, and communication was spot on. The only hitch was a broken clip for the driver's side door console, but they were quick to order a new part (no charge to me), and replaced it as soon as it came in. I've had some really shoddy detailing that cost an arm and a leg; PIPS attention to detail was so very appreciated: 100% worth the money :)
