Fantastic 5-Star Service for my Sienna van (w/ 115k miles) & here's why: (1) Great online appointment tool--best ever! (2) Eagerly greeted by Service Tech AUTUMN, who was very personable & professional about what was needed for the service, cost, & how long it would take. (3) Outstanding waiting room with (free) bottled water, fresh-baked cookies, & freshly made popcorn throughout the day. (4) Autumn brought out to me the items they were replacing & repairing, for my personal inspection. (5) Optional & suggested upgrades were outlined without the feel of a hard up-sell, along with other manufacturer recommendations. (6) Continuous communication from Autumn throughout my wait. (7) Shuttle services offered by a courteous James. (8) Friendly sales staff who were both engaging & interesting people AND, impressively, didn't push me to buy a new car! (Thanks, Mr. Cerveny!) =Feel good about Doenges Toyota Service department, I highly recommend based on my April 2024 service appointment!
