First let me say "Joel Smith of Auto Definitions in Claremore is a vehice customization master." I had an incredible experience and can't recommend them enough. I brought in my 2023 Ford Explorer XLT to have a spotlight installed, and from start to finish, the team exceeded my expectations. Joel takes the time to thoroughly research and set into action a plan to accomplish tasks others either cant or wont. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. The staff took the time to understand exactly what I needed and gave me a few different options for spotlight placement, wiring, and control setup. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I was comfortable with the process before moving forward. The installation was done quickly and flawlessly. The wiring was clean and hidden, the spotlight was mounted perfectly, and everything functions just as I wanted. It looks like it came factory-installed, which really speaks to their level of craftsmanship. What impressed me even more was the overall atmosphere of the shop--friendly, organized, and focused on customer satisfaction. They clearly take pride in their work, and it shows.
