Vincent "The Detailer"

Trash service!!! I will admit that I brought my car in an hour late to start this post. I communicated this with the business and was told I could still bring the car in and be done by the needed time. I received a text confirming the time that I would need my vehicle back. Then 45 mins before that time I received a text saying he would be a little late finishing I didn't get mad or upset because I was late in the beginning. I wasn't done with my appt (which is why I needed my car back at a certain time) till an hr after the time I was notified that my car was done. Once I got dropped off I noticed something by me tire (the keys to me car) anyone could have drove away with my vehicle. Then I began to inspect my car, there was so many spots on the outside that hadn't been wiped down so they looked horrible and I later had to clean again because I don't like hard water stains on my car. The door handle was completely dirty as if he grabbed it with a dirty hand. The gear shift was left with so much food crumbles and they were now wet and clumping when I move the shifter (another thing I had to immediately clean) and this was the main reason I wanted my car detailed in the first place. The steering wheel was left cruddy, the windshield wasn't properly cleaned and left streaked so bad (another thing that had to be cleaned again right away cause when the sun hit them they were just horrible), and all windows pretty much not cleaned. I'm so disappointed in this service! When told and shown the issues the owner told me I owed the full price of 165$ and that I could bring it back another day when I wasn't busy to correct the issues which since it's a long drive for me is completely inconvenient. Especially when it takes two cars to do the exchange! I hate slamming small businesses especially black owned but y'all got to do better when it comes to loyal customers.
