Saw the ad and I thought I would finally get my car detailed. I left it with Beau and awaited his call. About 3 hours later I went back to get my car. Nice and shiny. The black plastic parts were polished, even though there were still some unpolished areas-not terribly visible, so not a big problem. The interior was nice and shiny. I don't think the seats were cleaned. A stain that has been there for a while was still there. The doors, floors, and mats were clean. The windows and windshield were cleaned, but there was an oily film which caused a glare, making night driving a bit wonky. I ended up redoing all of the windows. I also noticed that the grab-bars on both sides were not cleaned. For the most part, I am happy with the job that Beau did, but I don't think I will use his services again. Not bad, just not great.
