McMinnville Auto Detail

I recently picked up a new Toyota grand highlander and gave Chris a call about detailing my wife's old car to get ready to sell privately. I previously in life clocked a decade in the car industry dusty and quickly picked up on my call that Chris knows his stuff. What an inquiry about an interior detail quickly turned into scheduling a full ceramic coating and front half clear bra install for my wife's new car (on top of the interior detail of the old one). Chris went out of his way to work from home to schedule us in next day to begin the work on her car. He kept a constant point of contact going with videos and pictures of the vehicle before and after. For a two day old car, the paint left the dealership absolutely hammered. I bought it in the dark and never could see what it looked like. What he returned to us was a completely different black on black vehicle. I'm not a fan of black paint cars solely because of the maintenance. My wife on the other hand absolutely loves them because she's not the one taking care of it. Chris' professionalism settled every worry I have had about maintaining the vehicle. He has also recommended a follow up schedule that works for us we will continue to bring it in for. So this isn't just a one time thing, he's brought us on confidently as long term repeated customers who will continue to bring all of our vehicles to him - both current and future. He clearly went over proper upkeep, warranty information, warranty submitting, procedures and care of the car. We were given a bucket of supplies he recommends we use. The shop was shown to us and the cleanliness is very apparent which is important when applying the products he did. He came in late and on his off days to accommodate our schedule. Genuine reviews are important. Anyone can make up anything, but I have a decade of dealing with detailers and cars of all caliber and this is easily the right choice when trying to determine where to take your vehicle to be kept in the shape it should be.
