I got a full detail on my RAV4. On the surface it looks okay but once I got home and really looked at my car it was awful. $180 for stuff I could have ended up doing on my own. It's not even worth calling to complain because I will not take my car there ever again. Missed visible dirt in the trunk of my car, none of the door jams were cleaned, surface level scratches somehow don't look any better. I took a day off work and drove in from Pittsburgh to use my gift certificate for this service and basically wasted an entire trip. The attention to detail is completely lacking, they do just enough to make it look okay on the surface.
