KC's Car Wash

They claim they close at 5pm everyday. I arrived at 4:50 01/22/2025 and they were already closed. I suggest the owner update the operation hour to avoid more customers wasting their time. I have been their customer for more than a year and this is very disappointed. Update: The owner's response is laughable. Here is my response for you: You claim it's "almost impossible" to operate because of the temperature, yet you were open earlier in the day and the temperature is the same. If you really care about your employees and the weather was truly an issue, why open at all? You mean though it's "almost impossible to operate" you still decided to operate? How about you tell us how much you are paying them? It makes zero sense and shows how inconsistent your logic is. You are very interesting. Instead of owning up to the fact that you closed early without notice, you decided to attack your customer personally with "don't come back." That's not only unprofessional but flat-out childish. The problem here isn't the weather--it's your lack of communication and your inability to take responsibility. Again, if you can't stick to those hours, at least have the decency to update them online or post a sign. A business that treats customers like this doesn't deserve any loyalty. Thanks for showing us your true colors. People will have their judgement. BTW no need to delete your response because I've backed it up.
