My detailing experience was exceptional from start to finish. Mary Ann was fantastic-her quick response and thorough communication made the entire estimate and booking process seamless and stress free. She ensured every detail was covered, which set the tone for a professional and reassuring experience. Josh was equally impressive. He was honest, personable, and incredibly accommodating. He took the time to provide sound advice on what could realistically be done to address the unfortunate damage caused by bird droppings on the front of my car. After receiving a less than hopeful outlook from the dealership that the stains might not be resolved without painting, I decided to book with Josh, hoping for any improvement. When I picked up my car, I was absolutely stunned-it looked as though nothing had ever happened. He exceeded all my expectations!
